It is always nice when the preaching pays off.
My two older kids, well I make them drink a shake in the morning but other then that I got tired off trying to feed them eggs.
My three year old drinks a little shake and eats an egg on Mon-Wed-Fri and gets cereal on Tue-Thurs. It is a compromise.
I have gotten my wife to go on a shake and egg diet for breakfast unless her work provides food. She usually takes a boiled egg with her to work.
The shake I make is spinach with banana, blueberries, rasberries/black berries, strawberries and then some other fruit. I try to put around 6 cups of spinach in it.
