I've been taking ZMA before bed on an empty stomach, no prob, execpt peeing early in the morning as Garrett noted.
How about mixing Mg powder into drinking water though, this would be cheaper that high MG mineral water that Eades recommends in one of his books. Mg is normally recommended to be taken away from calcium after all.
Usually i take all my vits/mins with food though, Dr Michael Colgan always recommends that.
Also Garrett, The zinc liquid you were taking, did you take that with food or away from food?
