Steven, awesome stuff! Where have you been lately? Miss you coming by the gym and making us all feel weak

Some Current PR's

3 weeks ago: 325# low-bar back squat
160# overhead press

After two weeks of met-con + lifting for FGB:
318 FGB and a 285# back squat bleh!

Looking forward to getting my lifts up a LOT over the next year(1.5xbw Clean & Jerk, BW Snatch), as well as working towards some other strength goals: closing the COC #3, Picking up a 40# block weight, maybe bodyweight one-arm Rolling Thunder deadlift.
