Morrreeeeeeee water......you need more with creatine. At least a gallon in my book. That and try ZMA before bed....the magnesium and zinc may help at night (and you may be deficient)
I just started the ZMA few weeks ago, good call Mike. With the creatine and coffee that I drink, it's a no brainer that I need more water. Thanks for the input, need to get a few more quarts in before Lights Out.
