Default supplements to replace eating organ meats

I've been eating Paleo now for awhile but I feel like I'm missing an important part of the diet by avoiding organ meats, especially the B vitamins. Between limited access to quality organ meat, taste, and general squeamishness, I end up just eating muscle meat all the time.

I'm thinking about adding desiccated liver powder (in gel caps if the taste is bad) and maybe thymus powder. Also, I might add brewer's yeast which seems to have a lot of the vitamins and minerals that are lacking in muscle meats. Does anyone here use any of these three? How about other recommendations?
