1) Hang power clean + push jerk - 2 x 5 - stay light and work speed and technique.
40 kg x 5 x 2 HPC + 1 push jerk
This was the first time I've really worked on solid clean technique. Kept it light, and it went well.
2) Snatch balance - work up to a heavy double
40, 45, 50
My back and left glute are still hurting from Wednesday. Didn't want to push it.
24 rounds + 3 pullups
Had to test this week to finish my Tabata project. This was a PR by 3 rounds in one month's time!
