Coconut milk from Trader Joe's has zero grams of sugar. I use it regularly in my coffee, chocolate balls (desert) and tea. Believe it or not but it has a good taste to it.
For my morning shake (2-3 x's a week), I throw frozen berries, coconut shreds (much cheaper than oil), tsp of CLO, 3 raw eggs, 1 banana, 2 tsp of flax seeds, and a tsp of seasame seeds into a blender.
Other days I'll either fast or have eggs and bacon :>)
