+5 kg PR; muscle snatched 70, power snatched the rest

2) Clean & Jerk
70, 80, 90, x-100, 100, 102.5
+7.25 kg PR; still a power clean

3) Front squat
90 kg, 110, 115
PR by a whole hell of a lot
