Referring to the shoulder problems mentioned, I have recently had a shoulder pain in my right shoulder, but am unsure if it is related. The first sign of pain happened when I tried to hold onto a snatch and I heard a noise in the said shoulder. If I do not put weight overhead, it doesn't bother me. However, ever time I have a "hard" workout doing the full lifts, it is sometimes so painful that it is hard to sleep.
Most shoulder movements (sans weights) are fine. Although, I do notice it is painful to do jumping jacks, specifically when the arms are overhead and start to come back down.
Any thoughts? Orthopedic specialist time? The good news is that I just started the sport. (read: sarcasm)
