I've read here that nutrients tied into the fiber isn't digested or absorbed, or at least not all of it. The 2 reasons I re-bought this brand was because it's higher fiber content, both soluble and insoluble, and higher mineral content.
After reading what you said about seeds, is it similar to with hemp protein?
