PM – BENCH PRESS
I completely neglected the B/Pr for the entire of 2007 due to nigling shoulder problem which I associate with Trigger Points. So for range of motion issues, complete lack of pushing strength and a desire to push something heavy off my chest I'l bring it back for 2008.
Bench Press

Strict Press
