I came across a shake recipe the other day which has lots of calories, could be useful for a high calorie snack or something. My boyfriends currently working on putting on more muscle mass, I'm going to make it for him and see if he likes it, although.. he hates avocado so we'll see.. I made a small version to see if it tasted any good and i liked it! It's really heavy in the stomach though.
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water (or milk, i used water cause i don't drink milk)
1 scoop vanilla protein (this wasn't in the recipe i found, they put sugar here instead for sweetner, but when i made my mini version i added some protein powder for sweetner, plus it included some extra protein and was healthier so worked out good and was sweet enough)
