I probably take oils a little on the high side, but less than I did a few years ago when I got more into fitness and less into lookness.
As of now, my regimen is 2 Flame Outs twice a day. 1 Dr. Carlson's DHA gold (500mg of DHA) twice a day. 1 gram of Flax oil twice a day. And 1 gram of CLA twice a day.
I'm pretty religious about it. The older I get the more I realize that I'm very OCD about my fitness and training.
I'm 37, 5'11" 260 and my cholestrol is always less than 170 and my triglicerites (sp) are always low. The only thing I ever have to worry about is blood pressure and that's completely work/stress related. Oh, and my bodyfat is around 13 to 14% with the ole "visable abs that a good 4 to 6 weeks of dieting would make that dude look good but he likes his pizza and cream cheese too much to ever do that."
