3 egg scramble with mexicheese and tomatillo salsa.
1 scoop problend 55 shake.
Big navel orange.
Supps are: a spoonful of fish oil, 1 of wheat germ oil
liver tabs, vitamin

Rating: as training ramps back up to full levels, getting my 180g of protein a day (~1g/lb of bodyweight) is my goal. Breakfast estimate: ~40g
