Open and closed hips - I'm not understanding the nomenclature
Can someone point me to a resource or show me pictures of open and closed hips on a clean and snatch.
I've been told I have my hips too open when I go into the scoop (or second pull) and, as a result, I have the bar too low on my quads when I start to accelerate. I'm losing my first pull.
I've been trying to figure this out on my own and it's just escaping me. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.
