Lean sirloin steak
I will check the Paleo Book later, but anything over 50% protein by calories is good to eat for upping your protein. When I need a fix quick I go to Trader Joe's for their 8 ounces of Turkey breast in a package, I think it was $4.00.
I also try to alternate food every day.
Day 1 Poultry
Day 2 Fish
Day 3 Beef, repeat.
