No, I don't stay on them, but starting on them is key for me, otherwise I come forward, and that's one of those things that coach can tell off the floor if it will be a good lift or not.
If I start on my heels, I stay in good position. I was just talking about coming off the floor.
And squats, I guess. I like to feel it in my heels in squats, that's where I feel it when it's good and stable.
