I bring my 5 year old when I work out sometimes and his favorite thing to do, besides using all the machines in the room like jungle gyms, is to take the 8# dumbells and do OH presses with them. At 37# himself, that is about 45% of his bodyweight.
He also does DL with my 1 pood KB, which is his BW. Gotta love the little guys!
