After reading a few of these recommending coconut milk from TJ's I went ahead and got some for my little IF experiment I'm doing at the moment and I guess I'm just behind on my nutritional literature because it said it was 5 grams of fat per serving...which is cool but 4 grams of that is saturated? Is that no problem I would assume but I'd like to know why?

There is an almond milk at TJ's that has no sugar btw, I just bought some this weekend I think it's called Almond Breeze, there are sweetened and non sweetened versions.
