pp - 5 x 3 - 120#, 120, 125, 125, 130 x 1 (failed at 2 rep) - rest then x 2
dl - 2 x 5 - 215#, 215#
then 4 x 400m (about 2 min rest between). for the record, slight incline for first 200m - and 180 degree turnaround at middle.
