There is an almond milk at TJ's that has no sugar btw, I just bought some this weekend I think it's called Almond Breeze, there are sweetened and non sweetened versions.

so long as you have a balance of sat, monos and n-3/6 you are fine with some coconut milk. Steve S. mentioned asian food markets as a source for inexpensive but good quality CM. Great idea.
