dropped 2 pounds this week while increasing weight on all my lifts, felt pretty strong, Im following chad waterbury's total body training workout (modified of course) and feel pretty good about it so far. Now about the pwo i usually have my lunch scheduled after it or a snack so its not any extra calories im consuming and still taking advantage of the recovery period.
