Just noticed, on re-reading this month's PMenu (which is, BTW, excellent), that Coach Rut's new template for MEBB is quite similar to the GG template:

New MEBB template:

1) W/U
2) ME
3) Short strength-biased metcon (<10 mins)
4) p-chain movement

Hybrid/GG template:

1) W/U
2) Gymnastics progression
3) ME/DE
4) Short strength biased metcon (< 10 mins)
4) P-Chain movement
