I guess I should qualify that statement... I think in CF a lot of people take a half week every 4th and 8th week and then a week off on the 12th week and usu. come back better for it. I thought you might need one because you said your performance was suffering and you were training less, but it seemed to me like the opposite should be the case... It may just be a diet thing like you suggested, who knows.
