I take an additional minute between each 5 minute session, so it's 24 minutes for each lift (assuming I hit all 21).
It does wipe me -- I only add assistance work when I feel strong at the end, which isn't often.
We'll see how long I get progression -- if I stall for a week or two, I'll try something different.
Right now, the snatch is messing with me -- I think I need to spend some quality time with 55 kg just to grease the groove again.
