I've been working a bit more carbs back into my diet. More sweet potatoes after working, some occasional rice. If we go out for mexican i dont totally avoid the chips and salsa.

I figure if i can keep my carbs unprocessed and still avoid inflammatory things like gluten that might strike a good balance between health and performance.

We'll see, i am still tinkering with it. Now to cut back on coffee....
