Great. I'll be training myself over the summer, I have no choice there. When college starts I'll join the track team. I'll try to get my time down at least a fifth of a second by then (september). I think I'll start a workout log here.
Does anybody have any good sprint training sites?
I've done some of my own research and theres one thing thats confusing me...I keep reading "do 2-3 sets of 3 reps of 60m sprints" hows that supposed to work? short rest between reps and a long one between sets?
