5 days of blissful rest, up in the mountains, dodging the smoke. Family camp, so my kids could sort of roam about with little in the way of my supervision. Food was supplied, and I ate pretty much pure paleo (except for the barbecue sauce on the 4th). Ping-pong was the sole exercise.

c&j: hit 18, failed jerk on 66 kg
Subtle progression -- one lift more on each lift. The snatch I fail technically, out front a bit -- will spend some time with a lower weight. The jerk I fail on tired legs.
