Wednesday:
25 mins rowing, starting with tabatas, ending steady state.
Trying to trim up a bit, despite my self-admonition at the top of this log to concentrate on strength above else. Every time I let my eating try to match my hunger when lifting lots, I end up with more around the middle than I want.... Will try a few all out war weeks with sufficient protein daily.
Did well today: am currently at an absurdly low 1650 cals, with 189 grams of protein, and absolutely no hunger at the end of day, due to IF.
Ended at 1850, with a modicum of beef sausage to top me off. Over 200 grams of protein.
