Cathy, we should take this offline.

You'd have to ask the manufacturer if that "modified food starch" is gluten free.

Your glucose is high (if you were fasting) and elevated liver enzymes can mean that other things are going on.

Without a more detailed history, which I don't want to ask you about online, I can't (and won't) do much more at this point. I hope you understand.
