sn: Only hit 18 lifts, regression from last time
c&j: slow elbows, and kept power cleaning. Stopped at 15 lifts so as not to hurt myself.
Slow 10 minutes of rowing.
On the lifting, I felt strong enough, but hit a wall. Glycogen wall hit due to low carb intake? Will try to do a higher carb day before next 20/20 workout.
1750 cals today, 189g protein. 86g carbs. Crazy...
No hunger at all, especially after a can of tuna fish this morning. I had to work at eating a sufficient number of calories.
