Question about O-Lifts & PM WOD
This is a question directed for Greg, but I'd appreciate input from anybody else.
I've gotten really, really interested in the PM WOD and am thinking about giving it a go. I've had a reasonable amount of instruction on the O-Lifts from my CF Cert as well as a week of privates with an O-Lift coach. However, I'm not receiving ongoing coaching on the lifts.
That being said do you still recommend a program such as the PM program that is focused around these lifts. In other words, can substantial return on investment (R.O.I.) be gained if I'm not being looked at by a coach routinely?
