Wednesday:

IF: 17.5 hours

100 1-hand 24kg kb swings: 3:55
20 minutes light rowing

Diet: adds up to 1100 cals and 125g protein. I don't believe it -- must have eaten more. Only two meals: Greek lamb, chicken and salad, and Indian lamb saag and chicken. Lots of lamb, chicken, and greens, basically.
