Now that i think about it it could be my shoes wearing down. I am about due for a new pair. They are Salmon's, flat soled low type light outdoor hiking shoe i got from REI.
No real mobility issues in the squat or O-lifts. I foam rolled my IT band yesterday for the first time in a while and it was quite painful. I will start foam rolling all the lower body as suggested.
I guess i am concerned because i dont want any muscular imbalances or problems to crop up. Its something that wasnt present before, so now that it came up i got a little worried.
