Thursday July 31st

10:00am Breakfast.
1 Apple
1 Cup Brocoli Slaw
2 Whole Eggs And 6 Egg Whites
3 1/2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

12:00pm Wod

1:30pm Lunch
3 1/2 Oz Chicken Breast
17 Cashews
1 1/2 Cup Brocoli
1 1/2 Cup Cauliflower
1 Spoonfull Of Peanut Butter

5:15pm Dinner
5.30 Oz Round Steak
21 Cashews
1 3/4 Cup Brocoli
1 3/4 Cup Cauliflower
1 Apple
1/2 Teaspoon Peanut Butter
1 Small Handfull Of Fruit Loops

9:45pm Or 10:00pm Snack
2 Oz Chicken Breast
10 Grapes
8 Almonds

12:00am Snack
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese

1:00 Bedtime

Over The Course Of The Day I Drank 1 Gallon Of Water, 4cups Of Green Tea,2 Cups Of Coffee And 2 16oz Bottles Of Crystal Light At Work.
I Know I Need To Cut Out The Fruit Loops!! I Only Eat Them When I Am At Work Though. Other Than That Does Anyone Think That I Am Eating To Much Fat? Or Too Many Carbs?
