Over The Course Of The Day I Drank~1 Gallon Of Water, 3 Cups Coffee And 3, 16 Oz Bottles Of Crystal Light.
Last Night I Got Off Work At Midnight And Was Going To Eat The 1/2 Cup Of Cottage Cheese But I Was Not Hungray So I Did Not Force It Down.
Would Love Some Feedback From The More Knowladgeable Folks Out Their On What They Think Of My Diet.
