August 2nd, Saturday.

Breakfast 9:15am
2whole Eggs+6 Egg Whites
3 1/2 Teaspoons Cashew Butter
1 Teaspoon Peanut Butter
3 Cups Brocoli & Cauliflower Mix

Wod 12:00pm

Lunch 1:30pm
4.4 Ounces Of Chicken Breast
2 1/4 Cup Brocoli & Cauliflower Mix
1/2 An Haas Avacado
1 Peach

Dinner 4:45pm
4.3 Ounces Of Chicken Breast
33 Casshews
4 Cups Of Brocoli & Cauliflower Mix

Snack 10:00pm
2.2 Ounces Of Round Steak
9 Cashews
1/2 An Orange

1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Teaspoon Cashew Butter

Over The Course Of The Day I Drank 3/4 A Gallon Of Water, 2 Cups Of Coffee With Cinnamon And Half A Packet Of Sweet And Low, And 2 16 Oz Crystal Light's.
This Is My Fourth Day Of Changing My Diet To A High Fat Low Carb Breakdown. I Have Noticed That I Feel Fuller After Meals And That I Dont "graze" Near As Much. The Only Downside Is That I Think That It Is Affecting My Met-con Wods. I Feel Good For The First 3-5 Min. And Then I Just Hit A Wall. Any Advice On What To Change? Or Is That Just My Body Getting Used To The Higher Fat And Lower Carb?
