I guess you could. Though I wouldn't recommend doing a bench without a spotter, even it you were using a 20 rm for 10 reps for 10 minutes.

Why not mix in ring variations along with "standard" variations of pull ups, push ups, and dips?
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
