2 whole eggs+6 egg whites
4 cups brocoli and cauliflower mix
4 teaspoons cashew butter
2 teaspoons unsweetened organic kethchup
WOD 11:45
Lunch 1:30pm
4.3 ounces chicken breast
3 cups cauliflower
1/2 hass avacado
2 teaspoons peanut butter
8 almonds
Dinner 4:45pm
5.5 ounces round steak
3 cups brocoli, cauliflower, onions, carrots, mushrooms and sugar snap peas
36 cashews
1 handfull of fruit loops
snack 9:45 or 10:00pm
2.2 oz chicken breast
15 almonds
2 cherry tomatoes
snack 12:00am
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 teaspoons peanut butter
Over the course of the day i drank 3/4 gallon of water two cups coffee with cinn. and sweet and low, and 3 bottles of crystal light( the only non carbonated drink with caffine that i have acsess to while at work, other than old coffee!).
