this was an extremely odd day due too work. for one thing it was way to long!! tried to stay good with the food but as you can tell I had one little break down at 2am with some choc. chip cookies. I think the rest of the day went pretty well?
Over the course of the day i drank about 2 1/4 gallons of water, 2 cups coffee, 2 crystal light bottles, 1 diet mt. dew at 4:30am, and 2 turbo tea's. I know it is alot of caffine, but that was the only way that i could stay awake.
