NS Fall Training Log
I started a new training log last spring and was about 3 weeks into it when I had a death in the family. I started lifting again a little over a month later, but my diet went in the tank and I didn't want to keep a training log.
Getting ready for school and for rugby season, so I thought I should be writing this down again, at least somewhere.
