Breakfast 1:15pm
2 whole eggs and 6 whites
4 teaspoons cashew butter
3 1/2 cups brocoli cauliflower mix
1/4 of a huge apple
Dinner 5:00pm
5 ounces chicken breast
3 cups brocoli
36 cashews
1 handfull fruitloops
snack 10:00pm
2 1/2 oz chicken breast 13 cashews
the reason that i ate so little today is that i am still recovering from last night's beinge. and i have just not been that hungry. as usual drank about a gallon of water, 3 crystal lights, 1 cup of coffee and half a diet mountain dew.
