I can agree with what Steven recommends.
As for which lifts. That's always a tough choice. Some will say stick to a few. I'd recommend doing deadlift on only one day, squatting and pressing each time, and doing power cleans at least once a week (this based on its ability to really increase your jumping power). Can always bench too.
I do think that another legitimate option for you is to do a starting strength type of program for a couple months and then slow start including speed/agility work (or as I think I said at CF do starting strength + 1 WOD/speed/agi workout
