IF, workout and then eat. Four cups broccoli with 2.5 tablespoons pesto sauce, 10 ozs fried (in olive oil) chicken livers with tons of onions and garlic, courtesy of my wife. Chicken livers are from Food4Less, some outfit that claims to raise whoremoan free chickens. Very tasty. I'm gonna have cottage cheese and bing cherries for desert. I'm stuffed already and barely felt any hunger today at all, even after working out. Very strange for me. I'm sleeping quite well and am getting lots of water.
