WOD:
Muscle snatch - heavy single (100-lbs)
Tall clean + push press + push jerk - 100-lbs x 2 x 4

3 rounds for time of:
20 1-arm KB swing (10 each side) - 55-lbs
20 GHD sit-ups
5 box jumps 30"
