My max OHS is 155lbs, and my max front squat is 235lbs with a back squat of 260lbs, clean and jerk of 176lbs and snatch of 135lbs (130lb female). But my main problem with doing a heavier overhead squat is getting the bar overhead, but havent gone for a max in a while.

After O-lifting sessions I will typically do 3 sets of 3 back squats 2xs a week and 3 sets of 3 front squats 2xs a week on alternating days at about 85% but never touch overhead squats.
