Default Kettlebell Training For Sport by Jason C. Brown

I got a pleasant surprise in my email this morning from Jason's newsletter with a link to download his E-manual:

Kettlebell Training For Sport

A nice quick read with a good section devoted to the individual exercises that served as a good refresher as well as a good intro to some I had never heard of before.

At the end there are a few sample programs based on a MWF template by sport, I'm not familiar with some of the sports but the section for wrestling/grapping looks solid. He also had 3 sample programs for Strength-endurance emphasis, strength-speed emphasis and power emphasis. The last section is devoted to explaining different ways of complex training and some samples of how to string stuff together.

Good stuff all around.
