No Fast today. Workout early before work, a little crunched for time, but still got it done.
OHS to a heavy single, 85%x2x3. Single done at 140. doubles done at 115 lbs.
Push Press 5x5 done at 120 lbs. Shoulders are toast today. Well below my 5rm, but leaves room for progression next week.
CF "Girl"- Jackie done in 9.33. Pull ups need work again. Used to be close to 40 kipped, but my pull up bar (similar to Again Faster Bar) requires a little different kip. Once it's refined I expect times to drop on metcons.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
