Dynamic Warm-up

3 rounds w/ 24kg KB of:

1a)Swings x 10
1b)C/P x 5 L/R
1c)Snatch x 5 L/R
1d)One legged RDL x 10 L/R
1e)Rows x 5 L/R
1f)Push-ups
1g)Swings x 10

Finisher: 5 jingle/jangles-10 sec rest-5 more-20 sec rest-5 more

Practice finished early, then our meeting only went to 6:15 so I was able to get to practice forthe last hour or so.
