If you have any doubt, you are undereating. If you feel like eating has become a chore, like you eat until full, then eat again, and if you feel like you see the result of your eating every day in the toilet, you may be eating enough.
Most likely, if you have only gained 2 lbs in 3 weeks of mass gain, you aren't eating enough.
